$100 budget, recommend me a small GonG piece

    Hey folks, I've been lurking on GC for awhile and finally subscribed, great community you guys have here :cool:

    I currently use an allin1e one hitter when I smoke alone and joints when I have a sesh with my friends. One of my friends has a vaporizer so I use that quite often too. The one hitter was great when I lived at home with the family, but now I'm out at college for another year and it's time to splurge! I'm looking to get a nice glass piece to replace the one hitter for my solo sessions, and also be large enough to pass around when I've got my friends over. I'd like it to be somewhat portable too (ie: fits in a bag or back pack), but not be so small that the performance is affected. I was thinking around a foot in height, but if that's too small I'll go with something a little bigger. Basically, looking to drop $100 for a nice little nightly toker that will perform well and be as physically small as it can. Also would prefer a glass on glass piece.

    I was also considering a bubbler, but from what I've read it sounds like a bong would be a better choice overall. I was looking at the ROOR blue series, but I've read there's better choices when it comes to lower budget bongs. Let me know what you think, thanks everyone :smoking:

    look at the SYN mini beakers and straight tubes on Chico Kush. They go for like $90 + shipping. I just bought one and am waiting for it to arrive

    there are tons of great low budget options here on the store. do a quick search for 100$ bong on the forum and you will come up with 50 million threads. ive been creating elaborate responses to these thread for a while but im kinda tired of grabbing the same links for people.

    not to bash on you, just look here on the store, if you have questions about a specific piece im sure we can help.

    I know there's plenty of pieces in my price range that look like they'd be great on the store, and lots of threads about various bongs, but I always like to hear from others who have a specific piece how they like it. Not sure if I was clear enough in my original post, my bad. If you use your piece the same way I described and like your piece, give me a heads up. :smoke:

    Buy an hvy mini beaker or straight tube. They great. That is all.

    $60 too!!!!! That leaves money for weeeeeeeeeeeeeeed.

    Thanks guys, after a bunch more research I think I've narrowed it down to an HVY mini beaker or an EHLE 250 mL straight. Can anyone comment on either of them? Here's what I like about each:

    EHLE 250mL: slightly taller, people seem to think it's a good compromise between the 100 and 500, still small enough to tote around but large enough for good hits and no spashing. EHLE glass is also great quality from what I hear.

    HVY Mini Beaker: I hear the stock bowl is much better than the EHLE, and it's got a diffused downstem.

    So I just pulled the trigger on the EHLE 250ml straight with some glass gauze for the bowl :smoke: I'll post some pics when it arrives
