1 Week T-Break

  1. So my wife and I started a T-break on Friday (two days ago) and we're taking a break until this upcoming friday. This is my first T-break after every day all day smoking for the last two and a half months. Now, I know a week won't fully get my tolerance back. But I just have a couple questions.

    1. Can I get my tolerance to 0 if I exercise a lot, drink a lot of water, and that kind of stuff?

    2. What should I smoke out of on Friday to get the highest possible? I have just about everything you can think of when it comes to pieces.

    I've got, two bongs, bubbler, two pipes, two one hitters, papers, vape, ect... Personally I was thinking rolling a nice 1g Joint. Joints hit me the best over anything else. But I'm open to suggestions!

    Anyways, wish us luck! We've tried to take week long T-breaks before, but end up failing the second day, hah!

  3. Exercising a lot will get it out of your system faster, and so will drinking. It won't lower your tolerance. Smoke out of a glass bong (Bongs always will get you the highest, sometimes it can be edibles). Good luck, and keep with the T-Break it will be worth it :D
     
  4. 1 week t-break is most certainly enough to get your tolerance down.... and hit the bong, while hitting a pipe with a joint in the bowl. Alright? That's a challenge!
     
  5. Maybe its just me, but I find if I take a 1 day cleanse break, which we've done. I find I get higher after a cleanse (exercise, ect...) vs when I just take a day off. I would love to make edibles, but I'm only picking up 2gs. Don't wanna get too high! Lol.
     
  6. 1.yes SWEAT as much as you possibly can and drink a bunch of water.
    2.smoke a G joint and put the roach in your bong.
    3.prepare to get blitzed!:smoke:
     
  7. I've almost done that, when we smoke joints in our house, we put it in the bong just after we take a hit cause then we can hit the joint through the bong, and no wasted smoke! Makes for a fun smoke session. But I gotta say, your idea is very tempting.. :O
     
  8. dont over think it. after a week of not smoking ur gonna be so anxious to smoke ur highs gonna be awesome. usually i trust bongs to get the job done for me. nice big clean hits. i also enjoy joints and blunts a lot, but bongs hit me the hardest :bongin:
     
  9. Bongs used to hit me the best, but I've been using mine religiously for the last 2 months, and just recently have I been using other things. I found that I needed about three or four bowls on my bong to just feel a comfortable high, but a joint would get me 2,3x higher.

    We'll see though, I'll make my decision on Friday =)
     
  10. i would roll up a real fat (2g+) joint and just sit in a chair and get meeeeeelted.
     

  11. why do you have to choose? do both! or better yet, just put bud in everything and line em up. all in a row one after the other until you cant go ne more haha that outta get u high :smoke:
