Why is my plant soo small i have it under a 20 and 23 watt. Its like 3 inches away from it. in about teo days im going to give it nutes to see if that helps.

Even if the soil you used has no nutrients already in it, you still shouldn't need to feed it yet. What did you plant in?
Umm i guess ill confess all i had was some MG buy ive seen grows used with miracle grow soil and its is noy disapointing.

If it's in miracle grow then it most definitely doesn't need more nutrients. You're going to give it severe nutrient burn if you do that. Just be patient.
I tend to start seedlings in a much smaller container. Try getting one of those trays with multiple spaces for seedlings. You'll notice that they develop a root system way faster. Then transplant into a bigger container like the one you're in, and so on until you get to your final pot. Also i've seen decent grows with MG..but generally bad news for seedlings and young plants. I'd flush the soil and rinse out some of the gunk that's in there before you burn her up
I started her in a 8 oz solo cup. Then after 4 or 5 days it grew and the roots were a nice size so i tranplanted it into this pot. Its not that big at all this is my final pot anyways. I was going to do 12/12 from seed but since it was so slow i vegged it like i am currently. 18/6 light.
Ok last nigt i gave her a reeeeally smal dose of nutes. For nutes i got a MG 8-7-6 all purpose food. People say this is a good one to use i put 48 drops into a gallon of water and fed her 8 oz of that water. So 3 drops. Ok so when i came to turn off the lights at 4:15 this is what i saw: She started on her second set of true leaves if u can see. The se ond pic is the overall look of the plant. I'd say it grew a few mm.
you know whats lame? a guy who's been a member here for a year and asking stuff like this. I get the whole "it takes a village" thing but sometimes your kids are just fucking stupid. OP - Don't micro manage your seedling. A great post I saw here said "Listen to your plant". Your plant is saying "I'm fine". DON'T add nutes. Just feed you plant with proper water. Manage to keep a plant alive for 2 weeks, and then come back and start asking about nutes. Get yourself some proper lighting and air management and you'll be fine. Don't worry about how your seedling looks every 44 minutes. There is almost TOO much info here. To fail as early as some of you do is just about astounding.
