I'm looking to maximize my yield, so i'm not going to be flushing for the standard 2 weeks or whatever. My plan is to fertilize all the way until the last 7-10 days. Once I get to that stage, I'll flush with 5 gallons of water + 1 gallon of a flushing agent like final phase, flora kleen, etc... Maybe another gallon 2 days after that. Then just letting the soil dry out for the last days. My plants usually need water every 2-3 days in 3 gallon pots. The soil will probably be bone dry after 4-7 days. Would this be enough flushing? I don't want any bad fert taste. Here's a pic of them, not even flowering yet, just planing for harvest.
seems like overkill. I just cut out all nutes second to last feeding cycle. Do a 3 gallon tap water flush. last watering I give molasses + 1 gallon water. then let completely dry.
