Sometimes those cute little deer that like to run out in front of cars can get on my nerves, eating my plants or trampling throught my grow areas... but i know that dog hair, fishing line, chicken wire and urine (if all used properly) can cure that problem. My main concern is insects. What do i really have to lookout for? some spiders are good, and i have slugs down, who said having a 30 rack in the fridge 24/7 was a bad habbit? I have heard my mother talking about ??aphids?? underneath the leaves, catarpillars etc. I am a first time grower in need of direction. any help would be apreciated.
spider mites are going to be yur biggest problem most likely depends on where you live. get lady buggs and or praying mantises. prayers will eat everything bad the will eat you plant but they are hard to keep in your area if you are growing out doors. but lady buggs you can buy a sh%& load of lthem for cheap at osh or another growing store and they do alot of work too. i would rather use other bugs over chemicals. im not a chemical person so i cant help with that..
