I have never understood how the "us vs. them" mentality between police and citizens can grow to be so strong in locations like this. What is their motivation? How can they not see that they are fighting their own people for the sake of a corrupt rich man?
that, and most of these double digit state sponsored thugs dont have the capacity to understand the extent their actions have on the immediate world surrounding them. Think about it, if they did youd think they would do what they do? A lot of them growing up didnt see much humanity in the first place, so they dont have any positive experience to draw from that would at the very least provide them with some critical independent thinking, but then they wouldnt be such good soldiers. Obey, a good soldier obeys hes master's orders.
