What the heck are you talking about man? You have buds growing. Are you talking about the white hairs?
And whatever you do don't use any kind of nutes on a sprout much less a seed. Plant supply their own food for the first week or so from a sprout.
I would wait till there is no more green on the leaves before plucking. Your plant is using the nutrients in your leaves for food. Good job man...
If they're the lower/oldest leaves then it's normal for them to die off as your plant gets older.
What size pot do you have? She looks hungry imo.
What about sprouted mung beans for flower?
