From what Ive read you just divide Us/Cm by 2 and thats your PPM, 2275/2 = 1137.5 PPM.
I checked the Hanna web site and the meter I have converts .5 to .7 already thats why my readings are different than the chart.

Usually the warmer the water the higher the reading and the colder the lower. It also shows it on the hanna calibration solutions. Hope this helps
