What have the temps been like? Looks a lot like heat stress to me, definitely not over watering.
It's much easier to not over-water and allows you to let the soil dry out between watering.
Liter of water every other day seems a bit much for these little gals. Make sure the soil isn't just dry on the top. Also, -5°C is also way too...

Looks great! Roots from seeds wont get much deeper than 2' so in the future you're better off just going a little wider. Clones go down even less...
