Not a fridge - don't want them fragile tricombs to break off and end up in the bottom of your jar :)
I usually only hang the whole plant if I need to slow down the drying process if you're in a really wet area it might be a bad idea to do this.
I don't know your current drying process, but as for some advice. The less cuts you make the slower it will dry, so basically don't cut anything...
