It's pretty obvious, right? The government came up with another way of controlling us by trying to control our diet. They want us to eat healthy, probably so they can reinstate the draft and make everybody fight in some war. It was easy for them to do because they just essentially targeted fat people. Going on and on about bad food causing people to be overweight when obviously it's just their genes. But it's an easy reason to frame obesity for so they went with that. We need to eat whatever the fuck we want in order to preserve our freedom

Alright well first of all , its not just genes , what you eat definitely does have an effect on your weight. Second , if they really wanted to draft they would draft the fat people and force them to eat healthy and work out in boot camp. That being said I completely agree that you should eat whatever you want if you can deal with the consequences and it makes you happy.
