Was looking for the Blue ray version of this film and stumbled upon this version in 1080p eek on youtube. The second part has different audio unfortunately because its one of the best parts of the film, but it really doesnt matter because this is one of the greatest films of all time. Everyone should see this especially you GC pot heads. This is the ultimate stoner film Make sure to watch in full screen in 1080p (you have to change it to 1080p youtube noobs) [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eOW5QB2ng48&feature=related]YouTube - Baraka 1080p - 1[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTq_yeb3vP0&feature=related]YouTube - Baraka 1080p - 2[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAQzqYT3xfU&feature=related]YouTube - Baraka 1080p - 3[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n0MqT4V0kgw&feature=related]YouTube - Baraka 1080p - 4[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nHm190V_HeQ&feature=related]YouTube - Baraka 1080p - 5[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3QW4IoNEoc&feature=related]YouTube - Baraka 1080p - 6[/ame] [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yEH-GOb6VZc&feature=related]YouTube - Baraka 1080p - 7[/ame] Also here is another similar film, but not in HD [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sps6C9u7ras[/ame]
This movie changed my life. I saw it when I was 17 and instantly stopped thinking I had it bad living in my parents home. Part 4 is my favorite part. The people digging through the garbage piles for clothes is both disgusting and eye opening. The soundtrack for this movie is bar none. No movie has ever done it better. 1000/10
it's an emotional film especially when you watch it high or if you have balls of titanium, on shrooms
It's x1000000 better it's more like [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2HiUMlOz4UQ[/ame] + planet earth
KeepVid: Download and save any video from Youtube, Dailymotion, Metacafe, iFilm and more! Thank me later
Without words, cameras show us the world, with an emphasis not on "where," but on "what's there." It begins with morning, natural landscapes and people at prayer: volcanoes, water falls, veldts, and forests; several hundred monks do a monkey chant. Indigenous peoples apply body paint; whole villages dance. The film moves to destruction of nature via logging, blasting, and strip mining. Images of poverty, rapid urban life, and factories give way to war, concentration camps, and mass graves. Ancient ruins come into view, and then a sacred river where pilgrims bathe and funeral pyres burn. Prayer and nature return. A monk rings a huge bell; stars wheel across the sky. Its basically a bunch of shots of amazing scenes from around the world. It really captures humanity perfectly. Non narrative with an amazing soundtrack that shows you exactly it needs to. You go through all emotions watching this film. Its seriously a must see for anyone with a soul this is in part 2 up there, but the soundtrack was taken down. Check it out its one of the coolest scenes in the movie [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-b895UdLzc&feature=related[/ame] locations Africa Egypt Cairo City of the Dead Giza pyramid complex Karnak Temple, Luxor Luxor Ramesseum Kenya Lake Magadi Mara Kichwan Tembo Manyatta Mara Rianta Manyatta Masaai Mara Tanzania Lake Natron Americas USA Arizona American Express, Phoenix Canyon de Chelly National Monument, Chinle Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Tucson Kitt Peak National Observatory Peabody Coal Mine, Black Mesa Phoenix California Big Sur Los Angeles Oakland Colorado Mesa Verde National Park Hawaii Haleakala National Park, Maui Kona Maui Puʻu ʻŌʻō, Hawaii Volcanoes National Park New York Empire State Building, Manhattan, New York City Grand Central Terminal, Manhattan, New York City Green Haven Correctional Facility, Beekman, New York Helmsley Building, Manhattan, New York City McGraw-Hill Building, Manhattan, New York City New York City Stormville World Trade Center, Manhattan, New York City Others Shiprock, New Mexico Arches National Park, Moab, Utah Canyonlands National Park, Moab, Utah White House, Washington, D.C. Fuck yes! My brother saw this an has been telling me its the best movie for psychedellic drugs and staring at LEDs. No words, just beautiful imagery. So its been in my netflix queue for a while, but I still haven't got it. Cool you found it on youtube, and in high res to boot. Thanks!
haha your brother is right. I made it about halfway on a moderate dose of psilocybin but started to cry at some of the tragedy you see and had to stop. I should have manned up and kept watching
