what going on GC? just thought id see if anyone one the wide world of the interwebs would like to give any advice or tricks of the trade to a first time somewhat serious grower. i just threw together a box wired a couple switches hooked up 4 fans and 3x 23w CFLs. TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK OF THE CASE i was trying to get as close to stealth as i could, any more suggestions about it would be much appreciated. and theres a bit of bud porn. will update reg. bump rate sub. comment thx, and happy tokes

its all bagseed. but the one pictured is supposed to be a strain of highs, we get very high mids in my area and another pot (idr if included pics of it or not) but has several different variates in it. if i could choose a seed in which to have it would be an auto-flower prolly lowryder-variety (i lovvvve g13)
Yo man your box looks on point...what r ur temps like? As long aqs they stay below 90 u should be good....btw thats not budporn, thats what i call veggie porn....lol but plant is looking good. Is that a fem seed....if not plant more than 1...plant like 3 that way u have a better chance on gettin female....just my .02....subd holla edit: my bad didnt see other pots...your on your way to growin your own herbs....nothing like knowing whats going into your smoke. they are 26w CFLs (100w eq) they are 1750 lumens (so 3x1750) if i can find my other socket to bulb connector i will have a light on the extension on the side as well.
RE:what r ur temps like? Actually i am concerned with it getting to cold in the case. it gets high 60s- mid 70s. i think its somewhat ideal but i am not sure, those 4 fans do work... RE: ....btw thats not budporn, thats what i call veggie porn. way to call a nikka out...douche
Your spectrum temperature, how many Kelvins? (just trying to sound smart, like I really know what I am talking about.. ) . On the picture your bulbs looks kind off redish more like 2700K . If that the case then replace them with 6500K or 5500K(full spectrum). The easiest way to find out what the light spectrum temp is -look on the back side of the package(usually corners) and it should tell you. Nice grow, I hope you'll have enough room in it. hey man im liking it.. im just coming close to harvest on my pc grow box... i have a couple suggestions start the plants on 12 hours on 12 hours off.. i started mine on 24 then went down to 12 on 12 off and i feel it just got a bit too big for the case. also i would put a grate on top of that to lst.. you gotta look in to lst because the plants will out grow that box. and i know how tight space can be in that tiny computer case lol i would change out those big bulky bulbs out for 2 cfl full spectrum bulbs.. there alot smaller and its growin my plant fine.. and get a thermometer/ humidity gauge and slap it in there because itl get hot in that box if the fans are not strong enough..... those are just some things i did with mine, and some things i shoulda done with it hahaha well heres a link to my page.. i have some good shots throughout the veg and flowering.. hope this was help full and good luck its fun as hell growin in a computer heres my baby.... http://forum.grasscity.com/absolute-beginners/702192-pc-grow-box-questions.html
thanks for the advice just what i was hoping for couple things though, i thought when you threw in a screen it was "scrogging" and LST it just low strength training. tie a couple strings and give it some time... im going to try an do both. and how many days would you wait until switching to 12/12 cause a couple are like a week and some are only 3 days. im about to update the pics in a moment and check out your grow and ive been planning on picking up a few full specs. but i gotta wait for that cash flow son also im trying to find somewhere to get a temp/humid gauge. thx again. feel free to lurk in everyonce in a while
i kept it on 24 hours till i felt it was big enough, or trained enough to flower.. i hear you can just start off on 12 on 12 off and it will just flower when its ready
Yo hal that veg porn(ha ha) is lookin good...yo bro if i was u i would go ahead and seperate those that r in the one cup...yo dont want roots to get tangled...plus if they do get tangled it'll probably be to much stress on them causing them to herm. So do it now so they'll have time to recover.
