New electronic ballast wasn't working when I got home this morning. 3volts on the secondary. No question here just venting! A replacement will be here next week, Amazon is good!

It had great reviews on Amazon which is why i purchased it. Guess I just got a lemon. The new one will be in Tuesday! I am just glad i had 2 400w in the same tent.
I have the exact same one - ipower 400w ballast that died after 3 months of use. I got an RMA # from ipower to mail it in, but i bet you it'll take many weeks to get back.
I guess the positive reviews on Amazon were all recent ones. I was ready to buy 3 more. I will bide my time and see. Thanks.for chiming in!
