no, if you move your eyes, it moves, especially the last one, at least for me, and then if you just stare into the center and dont blink, it will come to a standstill.

Very entertaining but worrisome at the same time!! Since i used psychedelics these types of patterns are never still, no matter what. The top one is constantly spinning slowly, the second one is moving the least, and the third is moving insanely. Does that mean im super stressed? 2nd link is awesom man!
