sorry if this is wrong section but should i buy this vape? the person selling it doesnt know me and i dont know him, hes selling it for 100 (got him down to 85) and the retail price out of the box for the vape is 230. he said its got the wrong plug outlet for it (its a europeon but he said buying a convertor will fix that problem.
heres the vape guys and he claims to have opened it and just closed it back after he checked the voltage (which i truly dont believe)but help me guys i live around Toronto and i need a vapourizer as soon as possible.
