Does Romney have it down or will RP take it when all the apparently unbound delegates go to vote?

Does anyone know what the FUCK is going on?

A revolution indeed. Don't buy into the media bullshit my friend...trust in the Paul campaign, and the movement for liberty.

It will go to Romney probably, but no one really knows anything right now since so many delegates are still unbound.

Romney will win.

However, I believe the RP camp is going to shake up the Rep Party. I am cautiously hopeful and waiting to see what will happen.

Winning against an incumbent is hard. In the senate, at least, incumbent's have an 80% reelection chance. So the RNC might just give Romney the nomination knowing that no candidate they're comfortable with has a strong chance, just to let him burn up his war chest and push the Christian right away from the scary Mormon and back into the fold.

“I promise 100% transparency in my administration.”.
“I promise NO NEW TAXES on a family making less than $250K a year.”.
“I will allow 5 days of public comment before I sign any bills.”.
“I will remove earmarks from PORK projects before I sign any bill.”.
“I will end Income Tax for seniors making less than $50K a year.”.
"I will bring ALL of our troops home within ONE year."
“I’ll put the Health Care negotiations on CSPAN so everyone can see who is at the table!”.
“I’ll have no lobbyists in my administration."
"I'll close Guantanamo."
"I'll resign if I don't cut the deficit in half by the end of four years."
"I'll unite the people of this great country."

^^ Way to keep your word Barry

Dumbass on the radio station said all Romney's opponents dropped out of the race, including Ron Paul. Congratulations American media. You've always skewed stories and twisted facts but you've managed to convince the American people a blatant lie, that someone dropped out of the race who is obviously still going hard.

We'll see how Rule 38 plays out at the convention. It would be awesome.

Honestly it would be fantastic if RP pulled it off with the delegates. But unfortunately the media hates him, and in this day and age you need the media's backing because a lot of Americans are too sheepish to think for themselves.

Yea, I would say the media hasn't necessarily "backed" romney rather they have basically CREATED his entire campaign. It's like a big long episode on tv or something, they have created the mindset that he will be the nominee for us. When you parade that guy on tv 24/7, the people eventually accept it as an inevitability.

Unfortunately, the truth is he lost every fucking state, and they rigged the poll numbers, not to mention the countless cases of election fraud, in favor of Romney and against Ron Paul...

Being part of the older generation. Sadly I can say that a lot of the old farts I know vote for who ever is winning. That way they can say see I picked the winner, aren't I great.

I think the young voters today are more in tune with whats happening in politics. At least I hope so.

Yes but there are many unbound delegates, we the people arent part of that vote. If Ron Paul wins they will have no choice but to give him media attention.

I just love, if you watched the primaries when there was a bunch of runners.... NOBODY like Romney, a few of his financial supporters (now) actually supported Santorum and Gingrich and talked about Romney like he was basically the lowest man on the Republican totem pole, then when it seemed like he was going to win they started talking about who his running partner would be for VP, and NOBODY wanted to do it haha. They were saying things like "Well I think ______ would be a better running partner than me" .... "Oh you know who would make a better VP than me? ________ would be a great VP!"

It's so sad to think that the person who seems to have gotten the nomination was the bane of Republican existence not even a few months ago.

Obviously the republicans have rigged Romney to win. But why? Do they really think they have a chance? I wouldn't put it past them purposely throwing the election. They are getting benefits from obama being the prez somehow.

I always felt this way... like Republicans are doing everything WRONG to win an election... maybe they want Obama in office.
