max's reason for posting the video wasn't to defend her policy, it was to try and show Palin speaking with more confidence and intelligence than we saw during her VP run.

What did she say? She spoke in glowing generalities, just as she did in the VP debate.

"We need progress, we need infrastructure, I'm not standing in the way of progress, they are working so hard on this project."

That's about the extent of what she said. She failed to address the actual bridge, and the problems involved with it, INCLUDING the likelihood of it not passing, which it didn't, and as her opponent stated, those funds could be better used than for a bridge that would benefit a miniscule amount of people.

What have we learned? Sarah Palin was about as stupid then as she is now. And the people of Alaska, like Max, fell for those big generalities she used, because let's be real... like Max, the population of Alaska is pretty dim-witted.
