Wow, for years I lived under the misconception that almost all potheads where liberals, I was wrong, I myself have very strong conservative standings on most issues, and I agree with everything Chicken said about Obama.

This is GrassCity bro, not the United States of America. The City is owned by an individual that doesn't even live in the states and he wants this place to be civil and respectable. Some of the topics that are discussed aren't done with much maturity all the time and as a result that behavior has to be dealt with. This may conflict with what your idea about Democracy is, but again, this isn't a democracy. To take it down another notch, this is a site about marijuana not politics. There are lots of those kinds of sites on the net, so if you want to post until your fingers bleed, try one of those.

Its been my experience that when topics like these are started they usually don't end very well, that isn't the kind of vibe we want here, plain and simple.

The fact that "Hussein" is his middle name isn't the point, at least I hope you understand that. The point is what's being evoked when Republicans use that middle name. If it's just a matter of pointing it out, I got no problem with that as I'm sure most reasonable people wouldn't but if it's as I suspect, a means to enflame anti-Muslim sentiment then I got am problem with that. This isn't a regular election year with two white guys dissing on each other for a couple months before a general election. This year is different and historic because of the participants. This country has done a very bad job so far dealing with race, so it's only natural that one would conclude that the Republicans who are so good at fear mongering are simply up to their old tricks again.

Let me restate this, I have no problem with his middle name, it's Hussein, what I have a problem with are the people that thrive off of a type of politics that drives wedges between people through insinuation and fear mongering.
