It's been years since I've grown (my twenty's). The kids are out of the house and had a successful outdoor grow last years so why the hell not go year round. I have a old shed 12' x 8' that was high and dry so it seemed the perfect structure to convert.

Budget:
$2,000

Objective:
Create a space that includes a Flower/ Veg Room, Mother Room and Clone Room, for self perpetuation of various species.

Design:
1- Veg/Flower room 4'W x 8'L x 8'H.
1- Mother room 30"W x 38"L x 48"H.
1- Clone room 30"W x 38"L x 24"H.
2- 600w MH/HPS lights Veg/Flower room (only using one now.
1- 200w CFL light Mother room.
1- 125w CFL light Clone room.
1- Honeywell 2400w decor style timers.
Many GCFI outlets with indicator light.
2- Mini tower oscillating fans Clone/Mother rooms.
1- 36" tower oscillating fan Veg/Flower room.
1- 6" exhaust fan Veg/Flower room.
4- Tekmar thermostats (545, 3-540) 545 showers highs lows and averages. Also has fan
min. run time so air exchange happens whether cooling is required or not.
20- 3/4" x 48" x 96" foil backed Styrofoam sheets.
1- 24vac transformer.
2- 24vac relays.
Many 2" x 4"s
4- 30" x 30" Washing machine pans.
ect,ect,...........

Cleared shed and cleaned inside. the picture below shows the start of wiring the shed. This was one of the highest expenses since the shed is 200ft away from a power source. Trenched and installed 1" SCH 80 PVC conduit under ground and installed 6 gauge for a 40 amp circuit. installed outdoor sub panel on shed which fed all electrical needs.

say a bundle on electricity could place them on your house and run wire to the shed.. just so people dont get suspicious.. but if it doesnt matter put them where ever

The house is shaded but the field gets awesome sun. I can back feed from the shed to the house. I just need the $ for racking in a field and the inverter. Hopefully soon.....

Nearing completion. Way more hours than I estimated. The mini grow chambers were labor intensive. So much needed to be routed through them.

I just read in the HT this month that the Kosher Kush won the Indica cup for the last two years. I am also growing some KK, mine are a bit further along than your photos. If I find anything which works well I will give you a post.

3 weeks in and things are going good!
I have one plant that is either a genetic misfit or something funky is goining on. Same soil same light same water no nutes yet (actually fertalized 1st time today). Anybody have any ideas. I'm kicking around the idea I didn't wash the starter pot properly and something was in the pot. The plant id is the BS002. I'm going to grow out for kicks and to see if it comes out of it but it is definitely not going to be a mother.

I also took my clone room CFL125 and moved it to the Mother room so now I have 250 watts in 3x3 area. Seems to work well. Actually I am impressed on how well the CFL do. Those plants are doing as well as the ones under the 600w MH. Didn't expect that!

Also there starting to get stinky, YAAAAA!:hello:

I have thought the same thing with some of the grows I have seen.
Still working on the solar idea. Its big money! I have to slow down the expenses or my wife will use me for fertilizer.....lol
