Seriously? Magneto...easily. It's been done to death. Mutants with metal skeletons...do not win against manipulators of magnetism.
Superman...the guy can split the planet in two with raw strength...and with his plethora of visual abilties can literally lobotomize Steve from Orbit.
This is actually kind of a toss up, and really comes down to whether or not Thor has super speed reflexes adequate enough to react to the type of speeds at which Superman can come at him. If he does he can win...Mjonir is magic, and that is one of Superman's weaknesses, if he can keep up with Superman speed wise he could effectively dimension dump him for a ring out victory. Personally, I'm of the opinion that due to the fact that Superman's speed levels approach light speed...he should in theory be able to speed blitz the crap out of Thor, and beat the shit out of him before he could react. Milage may vary.

Speed kills. Flash could kill Sportsmaster before he could even realize that he had even moved in the first place. Flash is faster than the speed of thought....anyone no toting EXTREME level superhuman reflexes don't stand a chance.
This is a scenario type deal in a straight up fight? Spiderman...but give Batman any sort of prep with even the most basic information on Spiderman, and he can etch out a victory Batman is a prep god, and given enough time can think up ways to beat almost anyone. But if they just run into each other, and decide to fight...Spiderman is going to put Batman in a world of hurt.

Those people are fanboys, and their stupid fucks. I look at these imaginary fights with complete unbiased my personal thoughts on the characters don't factor in. I simply gauge their abilities, and fighting habits and then make my educated assessment.

No one beats the Tribunal...only the one above all. Superman beats goku, up until about super sayian two I think. Then Superman's superior physical prowess just isn't enough to keep up with Goku's wtf energy output.
