How do I improve aeration in my soil mix?

What would be your rough estimate of the precentages of each component in your soil?

 

I use lava Rick in my organic supersoil mixes and it works way better than perlite and don't break down into a hard cement like film on the bottom of my containers after a few grows like perlite!
