They're all brilliant, but Charlie is just perfect.
I also think it's hilarious that he's married to the waitress in real life. They were on an episode on Reno 911 together in one of it's early seasons.

I realize it's Dennis speaking in the secon video, but Charlie wrote the speech, and that's the important part.

Lmfao, jazzy that first video was one of the best Charlie moments in the show. From milksteak as a favorite food, to magnets as a hobby, to liking ghouls. So funny. I died at 1:17 after charlie says ghouls Mac goes "son of a bitch". Had me rolling or a second.

Depends what episode it is, plus there are a lot of other people who show up randomly throughout the show that are funny as fuck.
Usually Mac, Frank, or Charlie are my favorite though.
