Bho clipper butane

Discussion in 'Marijuana Stash Box' started by EastCoastStoner, Jan 13, 2012.

  1. I usually use vector for extraction. It is 5x refined. My lhs also carries clipper that is 7x. Anyone use it? Should it be better

  2. Clipper sucks..it just has no tane smell...but it has more n-butane? i think..and it's either too much or too lil of it causes it to be shit..too stoned to remember...but all i know is i've investigated it before

and clipper is doo doo breh...

  3. Anyone with links to show why this 7x butane is not considered the best?

  4. Seriously less than 10% butane? What the fuck! More like some propane honey oil! Definitely pass on that one :smoke:

I read over on TC that a lot of tane companies will put "5x" or "7x" on their bottles, but never truly state that it is 5 or 7 times refined (like vector says "quintuple refined"). Look at a can of Power 7x butane, it says 7x way up in the corner, and say super refined. It never says anywhere 7 times refined. It is basically a marketing ploy to trick us into thinking the tane is nice and pure.

Follow SirSogs advice and check out the MSDS for anything you are thinking about using. ;)

  5. THIS IS NOT THE MSDS FOR CLIPPER BUTANE!!! This msds is for an antiseptic spray made by the Kruuse company. Clipper 7-loop refined butane is made by a company called Flamagas. I just don't want anyone reading this to get these two products confused.

Awe damn looks like that's correct!

    Well google failed me lol

I did think it was odd if had acetone and solvent neutral oil in it lol, but I figured it was a bs product

Looks like flamagas clipper butane has no online msds, which means we won't ever know what's in it haha

  7. Yeah, fuck that. I'll stick with vector.

  8. Man if you guys read all the msds for all the products then you guys all would know that Stok FYR tane has > 90% n-butane thus making the highest quality possible without going to a specialty store like AirGas and ordering pure 100% n-butane. Use Stok FYR for all your extractions and you will thank me later.

  9. Anybody know anything about using (Super 7x) ?? I tried looking it up on google but no links specifically talk about (Super butane) I keep reading on (Power)??? Maybe thats the same thing? Or are they two different
