I did a search for this and can't believe there isn't already a thread for it. Anyway, it'd be nice if we could compose a list of jobs and companies that are known not to drug test and are therefore friendly to MMJ users. Please specify how you know and any conditions, such as whether only some don't (like if it's a franchise) or if it's only if they suspect you to, etc. Also the type and whether or not they give you any notice would be nice info. just about any restuarant. My last interview, the manager told me that you cant be drunk or high in the workplace, but outside its anything goes haha.
Restaurants Liquor stores Bars/bouncer jobs Dj/club jobs Delivery jobs (unless its DOT) anything they wouldnt need to DT you after an accident happened at work, like labor jobs, big delivery stuff, heavy lifting etc. Anything outdoors though besides dnr, and service based jobs is your best bet.
Old Navy definitely drug tests. They did me, passed with sur jell. But, says on the website when you fill out your app that they test.
Actually, I've hardly ever encountered a retail store that doesn't. Now days even gas stations drug test. I got tested for a liquor store the other day.
My latest job didn't drug test me and that's good because I didn't quit smoking. It's not a chain tho yall can't work there.
You can be a Prostitute,a drug dealer or A professional fluffer for the porn industry, thats just a few off the top of my head, The possibilities are endless. Until they end of course!
