Fruits and veggies aren't zero calorie but they are very healthy. I think the OP's post is actually pretty accurate in terms of health. If you're trying to cut or if you have something else in mind, then you may want to seek other advice. But as far as healthy living goes, there is nothing wrong with telling people to vape instead of burn, and eat fruits and veggies instead of junk food.
Dude, staying away from fruit because of the sugar is not... look, fruits are FINE mmmkay? Unless you are on some incredibly extreme diet to achieve some extreme physique, if you look at a banana, and think "not green enough" you are seriously over thinking shit. Bananas are incredibly healthy, and great workout foods. Fruits, veggies, nuts, beans, fish, poultry, eggs. None of this shit will make you unhealthy unless you're eating raw eggs while shoving bananas up your ass.
there is absolutely zero reason to worry about the sugar content of fruit unless you are eating dehydrated fruit If you aren't getting sugar from other sources, there really is no possible way to eat too much fruit unless you intentioanlly devour an insane ammount -yuri

I think it's hilarious that people are terrified of sugar but fruit sugar is somehow ok to them? It's the same shit!! Now for me, I don't think sugar is the devil..you can find several posts by me on this site saying that exact same thing..meanwhile everyone else is vilifying it. Again, it's the same shit!..just with nutrients and fiber. Resistant starch is extremely beneficial, most people don't eat nearly enough of it. So if you are going to eat banana's, eat them with green ends. Still tons of sugar, but also a good chunk of resistant starch. That's all I was saying. I like fruit, I eat a lot of it. I also drink a lot of OJ..OMG!@
I actually just steamed some broccoli and tossed it in some cannabutter that I made last night and lightly sprinkled it in sea salt. It was delicious, and not to mention quite healthy. I just prepared a seared lemon pepper chicken breast for the main course and chowed down. Delicious and did the trick. About time for bed, as it greatly helps with night terrors. I appreciate this post a lot. I don't really get the munchies anymore but when I do I just cut up a bunch of celery or something. I feel like wanting to eat something when you're stoned is more about the activity of eating than the actual food haha. It just keeps my stoned mind occupied.
very easily my friend, because i train everyday, i have set calories..... in MY oppinion your calories reset at 12 (midnight), So say im having 3,500 calories the following day, ill take 500 off to use on munchies, so what i do is, smoke around 8PM, ride the buzfor a few hours, 12 pm comes.... munch out, that way your not gaining any unwanted weight and can stay happy and healthy, god i wish i was a PT, if you arent a gym member currently JOIN ONE, marijuana helps with recovery time, and imo just helps you train more intense.
i don't think the term "reset" is accurate. you might burn off some calories while you sleep, but it's not like a digital clock that will reset to 00:00 the next day. also very important to understand the source of calories. munchies can be very beneficial if they contain a reasonable amount of fruit and perhaps a light protein shake before your workout. lastly, training every day is great, but it also depends on what exactly do you mean by "training". lifting extra heavy for 7 days without a break may not be a great idea. having some physical activity, let's say mixing up weight training with running or yoga or boxing or whatever... is a different story. not good to be sedentary for sure. go for a walk if all else fails. OP, you may want to look into locomotion exercises and some simple body weight routines to get you started. cheers.
O.P don't listen to this guy, being healthy is being happy, smoke your weed at night and then eat a moderate amount of sugary snacks, what ever fits your daily calories and macros, id reccomend saving 500 calories to eat what ever junk you want, for me i eat two twinkies every night after smoking lol, when they're gone itll probably be poptarts, and so on, the rest of the day ill eat clean, ive been doing this for ALONG time,
what works for you, may not work for others. do you disagree with something i wrote, or just making a statement? not everyone has your amazing genetics and not everyone is on the same fitness level. suggesting to eat twinkies and pop-tarts or other junk, may not be the best idea. why not eat an apple or a banana instead?
