Yeah look fine, when you transplant bury the stretch and keep those lights as close as possible (depending on what they are)...

Thanks.
By stretch, you mean the entire contents of the plastic cup?
And Yeh, I am using CFL's.

Yeah those cups stopped you getting those lights close?
By stretch I mean bury half the stem.
Keep 'em close, that's the key.

Nah I was able to get the lights close and did so, read that close lights are key previously, but thanks :)
And okay thanks for the advice on the burying.

Would a 10 litre pot be sufficient for the transplant from the plastic cups?

Well I'd like to get a pretty decent yield.

So what size/capacity pot do you recommend me to transplant to?

The bigger the better, the bigger your root ball the bigger your yield will be, and for your roots to grow big you need a big pot.

Those lowryders can grow pretty well and give ounces if you give 'em the space and light.

Are you in the UK?

You can see the temporary setup with aluminium foil lined across the grow box.
I have ordered CPU Fans (to be connected to mains), Mylar reflective lining, 6400k and 2700k CFL's and twin light adapters.
I got some high quality "multi-purpose compost" with "food for 4-6 weeks".
I will be buying new pots too (as large as possible), within a few days.

Ok, do all of this right now:

Get your (little as it is) light and put it basically touching the leaves, a few inches a way, as long as you can hold your hand at the same distance it's fine for the plants. The light it way too far at the moment if that is your setup.

Pull the aluminium foil down too. Going to create hotspots of heat, it's not flat and not the right thing to use.

You should focus on getting more lights than anything else, trying to increase your efficiency with aluminium foil is a waste of time if you have no light to save.
