Nice ass Guitar solo's!

I'm in the process of putting together some songs. Really want to make some headway. How do you record you're instruments? You're guitar sounds very good. I'm thinking of getting some USB mic to use.

I have a E-MU 0404 usb audio interface that I run my instruments into. For my guitar sounds in the solo I was using Guitar Rig 5, which is very easy to get a good recording sound out of as long as you either have a good sound card or an audio interface. I use Fl Studio as my DAW just because it is so easy to use. There are far better DAW's out there without a doubt, but some have a pretty steep learning curve.
