*if you want to skip the boring stuff and onto my actual grow plan and journal I have so far, as well as pictures of my setup just scroll down a bit.
I was planning to wait to start my grow journal for my latest grow after I actually started it, however, I'm kind of sweating some bullshit regarding my caregiver. So I want to just write this down so I can laugh at my paranoia later.
You see, on Dec. 4th I met this guy for the first time and he really came off as cool, around my age, owns his own Computer Store, and has been growing for 3 years and currently has 4 patients (with proof), and the guy just has a good vibe to him, IDK really. But anyways, I was in search of clones and got his number thru and friend of a friend and I wanted to make sure he was official. I called him and we worked out a deal, 12 clones for $15 a piece, totally $300. We never agreed on a set time of payment when we established the cost but I assume to this day that he still didn't expect to get paid up front. (If you're saying to yourself, "this kid gave $300 to a stranger because he had a good vibe" then the answer is "Yes sir, yes I did.") But he did. Anyway back to the beginning of the phone call after I established cost, he told me his variety of strains. I am allowed 12 plants in Vege and 12 Plants in flower as a patient, so I only wanted 12 clones but I figured why get different kinds. He tells me he has Vanilla Kush, Tangerine Dream, Super Lemon Haze (that he has been growing off a mother for a long time and has had many successful crops with), and Ice Cream. I had tried to grow Ice Cream from seed before and I was unsuccessful so I felt I needed to challenge myself with that again. I quickly decided I wanted to get 3 of each kind. We then talked about the irrigation of the Ice Cream and how sensitive a plant it is all around, and we talked enough so that I knew this guy really does have three years experience. At the end of the conversation I said, well, I'm confident you know what you're talking about but I'm still a bit wary of putting my cash up front to a stranger and he replied with "You don't have to pay me until you get them bro, just stay in touch". After the telephone conversation I texted him two days later, just checked it, it was now Dec 6th, and I said, "hey man, I'd like to meet you regardless, I'm going to take a ride up and give you a down payment, you know exchange cards and make it official." He replied "haha, if you want to man, it's a date". so I went up there and I had a good amount of cash on me and I talked to him a while at his computer store and we talked more about how he grows the ice cream, (something that I replicated as you will see in pictures below) and then I joked with him about him not really owning the store and he pulled out the lease and a few other documents so I was convinced. Hell, i still am convinced he' going to come through. I'm just high, I mean my first sign was when I started rambling about nothing to my keyboard. But regardless I'm going to finish my story. So I ask him when they'll be ready, he said he cut them Dec 4th (he said the day of the week but for people reading this months from now's sake) and everything roots well but the Super Lemon Haze so about 5 days he'd have the 2" cube rooted. Well 5 days was Dec. 9th. and when I left the store I gave him the whole $300. He never answers my texts quickly, and when I told him he said they'd be ready already he said he had some issues with the SLH but not to worry about not getting them. I haven't talked to him for two days, but if he doesn't answer me by the 14th day I'm going to his Computer Store. (BTW I never got to this early but while in the store we came to an agreement where I'll sign him on as my caregiver if he supplies me at a fair cost. So he does have a good reason to come through on his side of the bargain. Anyway that's my ramble.
EDIT: Today he replies to my text and tells me "I'm going to thank him for making me wait, give him a couple of days, things are good". He's so friggen brief it almost pisses me off. Couple days is a sufficient amount of time to root 12 clones but even if I instantly reply he doesn't answer. Like a robot. But regardless I trust him, and will post pictures soon.
This will be my third grow, but I have had parts in many other grows. The only strains I've ever grown are PineApple Express and LSD. I verged Himalayan Gold and Super Silver Haze for a friend in my tent before as well. (He took them as I switched to flower and the LSD went crazy. LOL, long story, another time.)

Vege: *using 4' x 8' Secret Jardin Tent
100% Vege Nutes
Flood 6 times daily, 15 minute intervals, every 4 hours (because of new
medium being made of rockwool and how it retains water.)
24 hours of light under 1000Watt MH, an 8bulb 4foot T5, a 2bulb 2foot T5,
and a GrowUFO LED light.
Lights are lowered to half the height of the tent. The larger T5 is angled a bit
to maximize light absorption.
2 to 4 Weeks of Vege, 12-18 inches tall.
At start of week 3, change reservoir with 1/2 nutes then change again when
turn to Flower with 100% Flower Nutes.
Both Exhaust and Intake Fans will remain on 24/7, this keeps the
temperature right around 79F and the Humidity around 30%
P/H Level between 5-7 (6.5 is my personal preference.)
*taking 1 clone from the best 2 plants before flower and move them into Soil in the
4' x 4' HydroFarm Tent and use the GrowUFO to Vege them under 24hrs light. To be used as Mother Plants.*
Flower: *using same tent
100% Flower Nutes

and a 100Watt HPS light in place of the GrowUFO LED.
Lights are raised about 3 chain links per week.
Each Strain will finish flowering at different times. Between 50-65
Days.
NO NUTES AFTER DAY 45 for full flush.
Ceramic Heater is placed in tent at lowest setting to run during night
period
keeping the room above 70F for a cooler night cycle.
Intake Fan/Exhaust Fan run for entire day cycle.
Small Inline Duct Fan is used during night period so allow some
ventilation.
Harvesting;
As Plants finish they are removed from tent, left in the inner pot and
kept in
a Dark, 70F 0% Humidity Area for 48hrs. (Prune easy leaves now)
^(Circulating Fan in room on low setting)^
After the 48hrs they are pruned entirely. Starting with Branches.
After FULLY Pruned, they are hung upside down in a DRY, Completely
DARK area for 10 days.
After the 10 days they are removed from large stems and put into AIR-
TIGHT jars after being double checked for pruning and then are to be
left in a DRY, DARK area for AT LEAST 2 weeks. The longer the can
cure for, the better.
Breakdown;
Vege Time - 14-28 days
Flower Time - 50-65 days
Dry/Cure Time - 24 days MINIMUM
Total Harvest Time - 84-137 days
