Cholesterol, BP, and body weight will not be affected immediately. The results of your poor dietary choices will be shown down the road.
Exactly.

Yah....makes sense. Usually hit the rec daily and run atleast 2 miles....doesn't always happen tho now that I live off campus.

Exercising is good for you, but to be as healthy as you can be, it should be combined with a good diet. People who eat poorly and just exercise are usually the skinnyish guys who die from a heart attack at 45 or 50.
Will be changing my diet as a new years resolution, what're some good meals you'd conisder healthy/easy to make??

Pasta or rice are both super easy and take like 10 minutes to make.
Chicken breasts too, especially if you bake them, there's almost no work that goes into that and it's super healthy.
Get some veggies, some fruits, try to eat leaner proteins (poultry, fish, etc vs fatty shit like bacon, burgers, etc).
What you can do is make an effort to eat really healthy 7 days a week, and have 1 day a week where you eat whatever you want.
Honestly if you're exercising regularly you won't really notice any weight gain or anything, seeing as your metabolism is as fast as it's ever going to be, but if you keep those same eating habits, it'll cost you when your metabolism slows down.

I got lazy, completely stopped exercising, and starting eating many unhealthy foods.

My college diet is maybe a peanut butter sandwhich every day or two, Ramen at least once or twice a week. Subway every two weeks. A can of coke a day and mostly water unless I got beer.
My college diet is pretty unhealthy and I lose a lot of weight when on it as I work out every day for at least half an hour as well but since I've been on christmas break I've been a lazy ass.
