vaporizing tips ?

ive been hitting my box vape for a couple months now ,it used to get me so fucked:hippie:

but recently i havent been getting good hits and I havent been getting fried as easy and its not cooking very well, im thinking its starting to junk out:cry:. or maybe I dont know how to cook it right.

can somebody who's a pro at vaporizing please tell me how you do it to get the best hits.what kind of bust to use, what heat level to use, how long I let it sit, how full the bowl should be etc

i myself have a da buddah and love it. i find after months of heavy use i start to build up a tolerance. i'll just switch to smoking for a few weeks and repeat the process.
