The system I have is a hydroponic "Garden of Ease" made by sunleaves. I germinated directly in the Sunleaves Starter Plus. After germinated, I put the entire plug into the silica stone and 3" pots. I filled the tub after correcting the ph and started the lights. This is a 6 gallon tub. 3" net cups. I have 3 air stones running. Looks like a damn hot tub in there. My lighting system for Veg is a high intensity, low-heat light with an efficient Sunleaves pioneer IV bloom T 5 fixture. It has 4, 54-watt vitaLUME T 5 bloom tubes each with a 2,900k color temperature. It measures 47 "x 15" with a depth of 2 1/4 " For Flower, a 150 HPS. All inside a Dark room with a reflective lining. (24"x 24"x 64")
I have a fan blowing in at the bottom and another blowing out the top.
I'm using the GH NUTES. Bud Candy and Beneficial Bacteria.

Sat Oct. 15 the girls were germinated. These pics are from today. I trimmed them after I took the pics. The root rot had damaged the first leaves so they were cut now that they are little bushes.

Thanks. They are lights out atm. I'm doing 20/4...I'll snatch some up close and some root pics in an hr or so. I am doing lights out during prime time electricity rates. Although, last grow only increased my bill by like $20. But I hate the Electric company so fk them!
I became fond of Kushage on my last grow. She exceeded my expectations. The smell is already evident and I'm going to have to take a drive to the Hydro shop for my Amazing odor eliminator. It works wonderful on a small grow like mine but larger, I'm not sure. The landlord knocked, I opened the container then the door and all you could smell was "fresh linen"

Ok. My question is, when do I start to put the branches in the screen thingy. They are clearing the top, so do I start now? I've only done LST by bending them over and attaching to the sides or themselves.

Yeah, the girls are fkn awesome! Trust me, that was all the tea. I just poured through zillions of info to find a better way then peroxide to treat that shit. I stumbled on the Tea, prayed to the mj Gods and then had to search for the products online. That was a pain in the ass!
Thanks for the visit!!

"Mycogrow soluble is the cheapest and most diverse inoculant we have found. It can replace everything here except the ancient forest."
^^^^^
This is what I used. I think I spent a total of $20

They were pretty much dead 10 days ago and that honestly the only reason I decided to do a journal. I would of had to chuck em if I hadn't found this. The peroxide was like putting a band-aid on a fkn severed leg. (I think in medical terms lol)
If any plants can be saved by this, I'd be so happy!!

Here's a good read:
"Keeping your reservoir totally sterile can work very well, but once you get a population of icky badness it will keep coming back again and again. Some pathogens such as pythium are almost impossible to get rid of completelely. No matter how many times you sterilize everything with a bleach solution, the problem returns. It can get very frustrating and expensive to constanly be battling. More and more innovative growers are moving toward a more wholistic approach of using good microbes in the reservoir."

I moved the lights up today. First time since this new grow. They are doubling their roots daily. I'm such a proud mommy. :-)

Last night I added some neem oil to the res. Not a lot, half a tbsp. I've got a gnat infestation and after talking to my hydro store guy, this was the best route to get rid of them instead of just killing the ones in the tent. I spray with a neem oil solution at lights off everyday and that kills every last one. Cross your fingers and pray to the mj Gods that my girls aren't adversely effected by it.
Anyway, I added it about 7 pm last night and this pic is 13 hrs later.

I started a new "tea" today. The other one had an odor so it got dumped. 1/2 tsp Mycogrow and about 6 tbsp worm casings in a pair of knee high panty hose. All in a gallon of water and an air line inside the gallon. It's at room temp.
