  8. I'm going to check those two out that helped you with psychosis. I've never dealt with depression and loss of reality but some unmentionables brought it out. Glad to see there's other help than just taking a pill.

  18. "The Way of the Peaceful Warrior" by Dan Millman, the original book from the 70s, not the mainstream one published recently. Tons of good advice in an entertaining read with a strong student/master relationship...if you liked 'the karate kid' movie, this is way way better
