How to stop chronic coughing when smoking herb.

i just take slightly smaller hits and i do not cough any more.. sometimes ill kill myself with the bong and cough like hell but be flying with the clouds so it's worth it.

 

Water filter vape instead.

 

I think it's kind of a mental thing. When I had to cough, I would feel like an itch in my throat.
So I would just tell myself, "its smoke and it's hot, but it doesn't itch."
Also Op, try to sip some cold water in between tokes to calm down the "itch" that makes you cough.

Emre, this is probably some good weed. If you were to actually be forced to cough then it's probably mids. But when you're body is used to it can allow it, then you have the ability to control the cough.

 

Don't think he meant the actual drug. He meant legit snow from outside in your lawn in the winter

 

Don't inhale so much take a bunch of small hits one after another and don't hold it in for ever

Honestly. There's really gonna be no way to stop the cough. However, from my experience I do not feel much of an extra high from holding in smoke. If you use a bong use cold water and ice notches. Or just switch to vaping. Also try dabbing. Dabbing is clean af, the cough is minimal, and you get insanely high.
