I agree , always loved Crue...

Shout is a great album.. as well as Too Fast For Love thru Theatre , Girls and Feelgood.. saints is a good album as well

never cared for John replacing Vince...

its kinda like replacing James Hetfield with Celine Dion

I saw whitesnake/Crue in 1987 original lineup and in 2000 with sam maloney on drums for Tommy
tell ya what.. she may not have the exact same style as Tommy but she's a helluva drummer

    kick ass Shows ![/quote]

Ya I heard Sam really can play. She's no Tommy Lee though haha

  3. True ! :)

  10. Just to clarify, they went downhill MUSICALLY after Shout at the Devil imo. Got way too glammy, cheesy and commercial compared to the badass heavy metal on Shout. Songs like Bastard and Knock em Dead Kid fill you with that badass spirit. Girls Girls Girls makes me cringe.

I see what you mean. I don't think musically it went down. But I can see theatre and girls to be a little less heavy and not as good as shout. Still enjoy em all though.

I must say I'm very proud of what this thread has become. Badass music from top to bottom :)

Anybody a fan of the all mighty VH? Got Van Halens new album "A different kind of truth" it's a great mixure of their classic sound with a new kind of sound to it. Tattoo Definitely shouldn't have been a single. Anyone considering picking it up but not sure if they should, do it. You'll be happy.

Saw em live a couple months ago, Eddie/Alex still play like the masters they are. Wolfgangs ight but sadly Daves voice is completely shot.
