Strawberry Diesel Super Stoney with more of a Sour Diesel taste and not much of a berry taste. No problem though because even though it has that thick Diesel taste, it is really smooth. The buzz is quick and full body. Nice calming effect but if you need to do something it can keep you moving too. Decent pain control.
How I top I usually try to have around 8 or so mains. That way I can lollipop aggressively and get more quality light to where it can utilize my lighting the best. Even with the best made bulb and ballast combination 400 watts can only penetrate the canopy so far, no matter what you do. I love to LIFTA but I end up with significantly more in the end than if I did nothing. I'm changing up a few things so I'll have a few more quality lumens bouncing around in there so I'm looking forward to putting back some more beastly buds as soon as possible. On the Indica heavy strains I will cut the top set of fan leaves back about half way on each leaflet to allow more light to the new growth if I have to. In all other cases I just keep the shading leaves tucked under the new growth. Kinda tedious but it pays off with closer leaf set spacing. I start topping as soon as I can after the first five finger leaf set. I do that where ever and when ever the plant allows it. Please leave some comments and let me hear how y'all top or maybe there's reasons why not to top. Either way I'm just shooting the shit and sayN hey to all you groovy people.
