I've put this off for long enough but the problem is that there are so many great threads in GC:gc_rocks:that its a little intimidating to say the least. I am a returning blade from a few years ago. Fate took me away from the city but I always knew that she'd still be there when it was time to return.

My main interest is obviously organics and everything pertaining to but I also enjoy a good ole Deep Water Culture grow or some outdoor. I always enjoy learning even if it hurts
:oso its a wonderful thing to have access to all the knowledge that is passed around GC on a daily basis. There are some fabulous minds here and everyone is eager to help at any time. I look forward to learning more about growing in a responsible, sustainable way. This first post is gonna be rather short but I'm sure I'll start spouting off so much yall will be tired of hearing from me for too awful long.

I consider myself somewhat of a micro grower. I try to always have a small footprint and keep costs to a minimum at all times. We're still at war, the battle has not been won completely until state law trump federal law. So if I seem a little cryptic at times I do apologize but better safe than sorry.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you blades that have helped me and listened to some of my stupid ideas.
:D And also thanks you guys for letting me hitch a ride in your threads until I got my shit together and started this. I am forever grateful to everyone of you. Thanks:wave:

I'm not done asking questions by any means and when asked, I look forward to helping anyone that needs it.

Peace

I am currently putting this to rest. Nirvana's White Widow' I've grown it in the past from a clone I received from a fiend and it was always good. Nice tight buds, relatively close node spacing and incredible smoke. This pheno and the rest in my pack of 10 regs was shit! Currently growing out some Papaya from them and I am keeping my fingers crossed. I am also sexing some Herijuana from Sannie, Darkstar from TH seeds and I have a Fem Chemdog from Green House Seeds making roots. So the future looks good and I'm ready for some Nugzz. :ey:

We were tossing this idea around earlier today over in Possums More Simpla Grow. Multi-plant containers similar to a Soma bed but of course modified. I had suggested a air supply to the pipe that goes under the roots to provide mega oxygen. But in hind-site that would probably dry the soil out way too fast. A gentler, intermittent air flow would be ideal though. Instead of having a open pipe on both sides of the planter, put an elbow 90 on top of the pipe closest to your rooms oscillating fan. A small funnel glued to the 90 would provide a great scoop for the air and if the 90 were left unglued you could adjust how much air your roots get.

With my restricted space I could have one container and still do staggered harvests.

Peace

In 84 or 85 when Neil put together the International Harvesters, I was fortunate enough to be able to see the show at a real cool venue. After the show my friends and I went out around to the back of the place and hung out by his bus(with the vw top). After a while of us and a couple others standing around looking in the windows he came out and shook a few of our hands, signed some autographs and just hung out for a minute. That was fuckin cool! Thanks Neil

That is a finished row of 3 plants. They are within 2 weeks when in that final position. Thanks Man I am smoking on some as of late. Still not my favorite Widow I've ever grown but still has that fantastic taste.
Also welcome to the shop !

Good Morning GC Sipping on some of that fine coffee and chilling some water and ice for some hash today. Again another disappointing run of White Widow. They look fantastic but are at only about 15-20% of where they should be.

Darkstar plants coming along. I top any potential donor plant to keep as low and branched as possible. Keeping in mind that I am really hurting for space, both laterally and vertically. Waiting to see if this Aurora Indica(pic3) can grow out to maturity with no bumps before I whack her and stack her in the compost(the mom).

Hey Possum, thanks man. I like both of them just haven't found that keeper yet.
The AI is a strong grower but the buzz was really lacking last time I grew this particular one out. Looking forward to the youngins coming up! Darkstar,Herijuana,Chemdog,Diesel and a auto haze fem I got my grubby paws on. When I get my Veg cab finished I'll post some better pics of it for ya. Thanks for stopping in.

Stinging Nettle

Went for a hike this afternoon at a Forestry near my home with my girl and my pup. The leaves are just starting to change and get really pretty. The Swamp Oaks and some of the Gums are really turning red now and you get some really cool, deep colors. But while checking out the ground looking for a nice Shumard Oak to nurse I stumbled upon what I was really hoping to find...A big fucking patch of Nettles:hello:They are just starting to get their fall color on now too. The stems are very red but the leaves are still a nice green and very viburnum-like(thick). I have another place a little closer to the house that I'm going to look for some but right now probably 3-4 large grocery sacks full in this one little spot I found. Check it out. The first picture is the one I took and the second one is off Google images

Hope everyone had a great weekend. :yay:
