Ive been tokin for a while and I always noticed that junk food kind of kills my high and gives me a stomach ache. So I started eating salads after I smoke and it is the best fucking decision ever. I put Sriracha on that shit and my mind was blown. I dont even eat junk food anymore.

What are some other healthy munchie ideas?

Peanut butter and jelly always hits the sppot. And a nicely made grilled cheese is delicious. Lol neither is particularly healthy but they're better than say reeces.

I find its all about the lighter munchies such as pretzels, rice crackers, sun chips (sometimes). Corn on the cob is another good one.

raw or roasted nuts (just not too many)
lightly seasoned Japanese style rice crackers (sembei) [you'll feel full waaaaay before you get a stomach ache)
fruit (fresh or canned, just get non-sweetened for the latter)
yogurt (I love me some strawberry yogurt when on a buzz)
cookies and milk...

actually, as I write, I am discovering a pattern. It's not so much that junk food is bad as it is a problem of overeating. Over the weekend I got baked and ate a big bag of corn chips (they caught my eye) and while they tasted great, I felt totally sick afterwards. If only I'd had just a handful.

I think that if quantity is what sinks the boat then it is variety that floats it.

Eat an apple, then the corn chips (not the whole bag consarnit!), and finish with a glass of milk. Lots of different textures, sensations and flavour contrasts. Just about all that any baked baby needs. Or me.

Because of my health problems, I don't do well with grease foods. If I eat junk food without several hours to digest it before bed, I spend the next day throwing up and feeling like hell. So some of my favorite things are fruit and cheese, salads, and just plain bread. I LOVE Hawaiian Rolls.

There is this stuff called Apricot Stilton. It's little pieces of apricots in a mild white cheese. That on Ritz crackers is really good.

They contain so much fat that they actually burn like a candle wick.
No wonder they make you feel sick.

No, but that looks interesting though. I love Avocado on salads or with Amy's organic enchiladas....yum. I usually do the cottage cheese with pineapple thing. That sounds good right now.

If you're really concerned about health you'd be best off evaluating your current diet and finding out what it lacks and what you need to improve on. Then work that into your high eating.
