cfl micro-closet-172 watts 2700k-3wks flowering

ok heres details: started 12/12 on aug 8th-5 bagseed-2wk veg

3 confirmed females on aug. 28th(couldve been a day or 2 earlier).

flowering 18-21 days-schultz plant food, mg organic soil


so thats what i have. 2 of the plants r just one main bud that i lst'd once. the biggest gets the most light and has been topped and tied up. ive just kinda let these plants grow. i started these seeds right after i began chemo, prob like 3 weeeks after. so i wasnt really spendin alot of time w/ph, and watering schedules or nutes. just basically watched temps and checked soil for dryness. these plants seem to be doin great compared to my last attempt. which was ok and i got some pretty good smoke. well enough rambling heres the porn!!

im gonna be def get some more light around the budsites....im thinkin maybe 2 more 42watters. cant go with too much more bcuz of temps. theyre already at 84-91, 91 when i close door and 82-84 when i leave door cracked. but outside temps r gettin ready to drop so maybe thatll help.
also gonna cut some lower growth off of all plants. the trics r just starting to appear. im hoping for at least an oz from all 3 put together. they r smelling to but only when i open closet. ill post pics of whole setup and plants in a couple days...holla

update:day 27 or so....

plants r rollin along. no probs.
afew yellow leaves from bottoms have been removed
gave them a feeding b4 i took pics.
temps 80-83 lights on humdty 50%

lookin nice. thats gunna be a nice nugget there on the right. love the way the alternating leaves look like wings or something.

heres some more pics. plants are doin ok. leaves are startin to yellow and become crispy. i think i over fed them last feeding, they r burnt. :mad:so they got plain h2o right b4 pics. the temps r 80-85 lights on-72-75 w/lights off. hmdty 50%. well heres pics.

the trics r really startin to come out. they get plain h2o for next 2 waterings. ill flush if i see no change. the plant in brown pot will b 1st done. ive been feeding/watering every 2-3days. might have to cut down to 1 a day. these plants r dry as hell. the leaves r crispy, even the green ones.
def have to water more. losing a lot of fan leaves. i think its kinda early in flowering(30 days or so since sexing). any comments or suggestions welcome.

The plants are still feelin dried out. I flushed the big plant fri-sept.30th...still havent seen any change in condition. Does anyone have any suggestion on why my plants r lookin like this? Come on guys help a fellow gro-bro out!!!

should i pick off all the crispy feeling fan leaves or will they come back. I usually pick them when over 50% of leaf is yellow. Never dealt with crispy leaves that r still 50% green. I think im gonna pluck them 2nite, unless someone on gc tells me otherwise. I have like 2-3 weeks left. Could it just be late flowering yellowing? Idk im stuck. This is my 4th indoor micro, and ive neva experienced this crisping of leaves. Hope i can get some good advice.
Ill post some pics this evening when lights come on.

ok so i pulled a few dead crispy fan leaves off. 2 smaller plants seem to be doin alright...startin to yellow a lil bit. but its late in flowering. still cant see any changes in the big plant. its been 3 days since flush. heres pics:

Any comments or suggestions about plants conditions? Help!

I felt big plants leaves this am, and they feel like there starting to get a lil moisture in them. I hope she can make it for a few more weeks or so. Im gonna harvest by pistil color this time. When about 75-90% of them turn brown ill harvest. I went by tric color on last few harvest. But i cant my find scope, and im not buying anotha one(im cheap). im gonna be extra patient on this grow, bcuz on a couple of last harvest i might've gotten a lil impatient. But it still smoked good.

The frost is starting to come in which is a good sign and they are decent size for a CFL. Good job! I'd suggest getting better nutes tho. If you use Miracle grow organic soil, get some earth worm castings, blood meal, bone meal, dolomite lime, and pearlite. That's a good basic mix for your girls. Don't put much blood meal tho. Stuff is strong. Are you using tap water or RO?

Thanks gbg...i know mg is not the best, but ill def use some of those amendments u mentioned. I heard t5he lime helps w/ph of soil. What about the others? Which one is good for flowering & veg?

Oh yeah im using tap h2o, letting it sit out for 24-48. I wasnt phing it in the beginning, becuz tap water comes out w/a ph right at 7. So i figured since mg soil is hot(ph-5.2) that it would bring ph up close to 6-6.5. But since i flushed big plant, ive been phing it down to 6.5. Does that sound right to u? Im gonna hit them w/ some nutes tonight & might go ahead & flush smaller plants.

Thanks prophis...i hope they taste sweet too. But im currently using 5 26watters 2700k & 1 42wttr 2700k. Im using the buds for less lighting fixture, minus the reflectors.

buds for less is a book in the book section. youve confirmed my thinking bout nutes too. so ill just give them ph'd 6.5 h2o til the end. thanx bro

just flushed plant in butter tub w/ 6.5 ph'd h2o-1 tbsp epsom salt 1/4 nutes
and plant in the brown pot just ph'd h2o & nutes, wanted to see if its a difference
in appearance after a 3-5 day dry period.

the bigger plant just got some dry, crispy leaves pulled, seems like shes lost all of her fan leaves...butt naked! hope she pulls through...

they all are smelling like something fruity. all of them are extra sticky, & coated with trics.ill prob. end up with about 10-15grams out of the 3. i plan on starting 2 more bagseed i just got. ill post pics later....:wave:

I wouldn't add any more Epsom salt. I was reading that plant builds up and store magnesium during their life cycle and in the last half of flowering it is good to cut back or don't add any. Magnesium is what causes harsh smoke most of the time. I'm quoting Rev from Skunk magazine in his article on Nitrogen
