Ever since i quit smoking weed and quit taking my ADD medication, vyvanse, ive been having rare panic attacks, frequent anxiety and depression/sadness. 2 days ago i got put on zoloft and this shit makes me feel like im not here, as if i were smoking weed again. And i know it takes weeks to kick in but im still going nuts! I have absolutely NoThing to fret over but throughout each day and every hour i go sad, happy, sad, happy, anxiety, happy, etc etc. i just feel as if theres no real cure or anything. The LARGEST thing freaking me out is im a hypocondriac and i freak out over everythingggg. Only excersize and work helps me. If anyone has any advice what-so-ever PLEASE help me. Im in serious need of advice even though man people have tried for me. Thank you very much.
Meh drugs that turn you into a zombie won't cure anything. Try some musical therapy. Get addicted to watching comedies.
instead of taking 1 pill a day can i just smoke 1 bowl a day? i havent smoked in a few weeks because i feel it may have played a part in my problem. but if me being burnt out for the rest of the day beats all these side effects from pills, id do it
Exercise helps for sure, but also good nutrition is a real added bonus to helping with anxiety and depression. Eating raw fruits and vegetable and what I mean by raw is uncooked. Also eating nuts, grains, bread, and fish are a great source of nutrition.
