What Bowl To Use

I'm making a bong and I am hesitating between a bowl with one hole of 0.5cm by 0.5cm or one with 6 1mm by 2mm holes or one with like 1cm by 1cm which I would use a screen.

Also what size should the stem be that links the bowl to the water. Is the bigger the better or smaller or wat

Use the screen and smoke with the big hole if your bowl has aluminum. It's better for you then just smoking out of aluminum.
