I decided I want to grow this summer but I have a few complications maybe some experts can offer some advice on. I am thinking of growing the plants in my home up to when they begin to sprout. From there I'd like to transplant them into the ground in the mountains close to my home. Here is my problem: 1) I live in alaska and during the summer months we get anywhere between 20-24 hours of sunlight during the summer months (may thru july roughly) with the peak 24 hour day of sunlight on june 21st. The weather generally stays warm during the day ranging between 60 and 80 degrees. Does anyone know about growing so far north?
