I have little red centipede looking bugs in my soil ,i couldnt find anything online any feedback is appreticated

  2. Centipedes like to live under brush and dead leaves. Not likely to be in indoor plants. Post pics if you can.

  3. are you wanting to know if its beneficial or not?
whats the answer or feedback you're looking for?

  4. beneficial or not i cant get a picture i see one and before i can get a pic they go back to my soil theres alot of them but there so small

  5. Have you tried googling things like "organic soil bugs" to identify it?

  7. hmm never seen something like that and dont want to be negative but if they're living in the soil they have to be eating something, most likely roots which obviously is bad...just saying they're probably not benificial but again i don't know =P

  8. couldnt find anything on the web they look like 1/4 to 1/2 inch red centipedes crawling in my soil

  9. Ok, I'll try to look it up.

  10. Ok, you know what...I was wrong. I've always seen them under leaves in my yard, but google says they do lay eggs in soil, so you probably have babies coming out of your soil. Luckily for you, centipedes are carnivorous and shouldn't be a problem to your plants. If anything they should help control other pest problems.

  11. thank you brotha so i should just leave it be

  12. yep! if they're carnivorous as speculated, leave em be and they'll help you out...

  13. Think there gunna get big ? i have a closet grow i cant have huge centipedes in my house running around lmao

  14. hmmm, didn't think about that, well, you could look int ohow to naturally scare them out, like maybe garlic would work?
or maybe you could just squish a few here and there and hope none get too big:)

  15. I'm in Norcal and the ones here are only about an inch long. They're fast little mofo's. I can't imagine it being a big problem, but I haven't ever had an indoor nest of them.

  16. I was watching this show and there were like 8 inches long i was like oh no lmao
