So heres the deal, bout a year and half ago i took my first hit of weed and i felt just great. I was relaxed, having fun, laughing and all that jazz. I tried a second time and felt the same way again. But the third time I tried it, I think i probably smoked too much of some strong stuff and freaked out and thought I was gonna die and had mad anxiety, just an all around really bad trip. I tried it like 3 times again after that and it just wasn't enjoyable anymore, i would be worried that I would have another anxiety attack or something and then the third time I tried it again, i did. It wasn't as bad because i knew it was just all in my head so it was a bit easier to control it. I decided to stop using it after that, but later that year I had like a full on anxiety attack without the weed which was just bad cuz i never had one not on the drug, so I was all depressed and shit about that. Anyway, I got over it and sometimes i'll have like a bit of anxiety or depersonalization but usually I can control it and it's not that bad.
So, it's been a year or so since that and I still have some anxiety and fear and stuff and I feel cuz i know how that feels like, i could probably try weed again? The only reason I ask is cuz my two best friends are ALWAYS doing it and I just feel a little left out you know? I don't know, what do you guys think? Should I go ahead and try it again? Or just leave it be and move on with my life? Thanks! sorry for the long post :-P

buy a couple gs and like a corncob pipe. Smoke a little at a time and see how you feel. Don't overdo it.

OK get your own stuff and a pipe, Be in a safe place some food on the side sitting on the couch watching old school cartoons and then take a small hit and wait ten minutes if you think you can do more take another one and wait 10 minutes , keep on doing this until your in your comfort zone

I had a crazy anxious experience that left me with severe depersonalisation for a week the 4th time I smoked. I've smoked hundreds of times since then without a single bad experience.
If you're really worried, smoke some Indica. High THC Sativas are more prone to anxiety and paranoia.

Yeah dude you probably smoked too much that third time. At that point you would have absolutely no tolerance (something I'm jealous of), so would get destroyed off tiny hits.
Just enjoy it man
Smoke little bits, and love the fact you dont have to smoke a lot to get blazed.
