What should i do?

Im currently visiting my mom for a while before i go back to michigan. My sister lives with her and she is 22, she disrespects her so much i cant beileve it. She hasnt done anything with her life and she leaches off my mom.
Anyway, today my mom needed some money to get bye for the week on the bills and such so i gave her $500 and told her not to worry about it. As soon as my sister found out she started yelling at my mom telling her she needs the money more than her. When my mom told her she needed it for the bills and food my sister called her a selfish bitch and stormed off. I couldnt believe it.
She steals from my mom all the time and ive noticed she has been in my room and went through all my stuff and took some of my bud. (not cool)

Im leaving next weekend and i dont want to allow my sister to treat my mom this way anymore. What do you suggest i do?

Talk to your mom about it. If that doesn't work, just blow up at your sister yourself. That's what I'd do. That kind of bullshit should never fly.

You probably aren't going to like this answer, but in my opinion, people choose the lives they live. Your mom and sister choose. If you try to get involved all you will do is give yourself negative feelings. Stay out of it and keep your sanity.

You should really have serious talk with her that shit should not fly. My sister is the same except hes 27 and she has a college education but shes not even looking for a job she stays home all everyday.

You can talk to your mom about it and tell her she has to do something to stop it. She's twenty two she can live on her own. If your mom don't listen then just like engneer said she's choosing to let your sister do what she does.

You should also tell your sister to not be stealing your shit cuz that's just disrespect. You can do something about that.

Straighten her out, talk some sense into her, the chances are she won't listen that when you talk to your mum about letting your sister live on her own, get a job or get married.
