Is lighting your bowl with a hot knife the same as knife hits?

    Heard nothing but good things about knife hits. Wanna try them on 420. Thing is i'm spending 420 alone in my room. Those knife hits look super complicated. So i was thinking i could just put a little bud in my bowl and use a torch to heat up the knife then light it like that. Would that work the same as a knife hit? Seems like it would be the same principle and i would waste less smoke. But i have never done it before so i have no idea. And do knife hits really get you higher? Or is that just bs people say because they get a headrush like with the cigarettes?

    Yeah it makes the hit cleaner cuz your not inhaling the butane from the lighter.

    definitely try it out man. poster above was right - your hits might taste much more pure.

    that's why i use hemp wick.

    Yeah using lighters is really gross, you notice it after you use something other than a lighter to smoke.
