Hello GC,

I am a US Army Veteran with 1 tour to Afghanistan. I was a Combat Medic with the 82ND ABN DIV out of FT. Bragg, NC. My question is.. Is there a specific type of MMJ to help treat this? And when I mean specific, I am not talking about strain or whether it's INDICA or SATIVA. I'm talking about the THC, CBD, CBN ETC in Marijuana.

Usually I just pick up 100% Indicas because the dispensaries here don't have information about the other compounds that make your high. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for serving, I'm headed to MEPS soon for Army. Hopefully 68W as well, if there really are no 11x slots open. In my experiences, Sativa strains are more likely to make me anxious and paranoid. Indica gives me a more chilled out feeling. I usually watch a movie, eat everything in my fridge, and pass out on Indica. That sounds like what you'd need for PTSD.

Airborne Infantry is no joke. Be sure this is what you want. I was with the 82ND all my Military career. Standards, standards and more standards. They breed the best soldiers (aside from special ops). Expect a lot of your free time wasted if you go to the 82ND. They spend more time training and waiting to train than anything.

AATW.

I don't know how much the times have changed but my step dad was a Ranger in the Vietnam era. He's shared his stories with me. My brother as well, who did a tour in Fallujah in the USMC. So I think I have a decent second hand understanding of it. I know the strictness and intense training will suck but it will keep me alive if I get in.
