Any1 using RIPEN (GHE) during the last week?

    Hi guys and girls... I bought a pack from GHE and together with the nutes there was this ripen bottle.... as I read the instructions it says not to use it together with anything but water and loads of it.... 60 ml/10 liter.....

    my question is as follows:

    Should I use it during the last week of life until the very last day or should I still give a couple of days (or more?) of plain water before I cut?? I still have 3 weeks to go so I'm trying to get ready for the big day....:D

    anyone used it before?? good/bad/no idea??

    Funny seeing this as I'm coming to the end of my grow and I asked in my hydroshop if they used it. Most of them used GHE nutes, but none bothered with ripen.

    A side by side comparison would be quite interesting.

    well I was asking this because on the bottle it says to use it for the whole of the last week but I know it is advised to "flush" with water only the last days..... go with the bottle or with the growers?.... mmm ...

    It leaves a horrible taste in ya weed stay away from it!!

    you mean I'm better off just continuing with my nutes and do the final water flush? do you mean that for ripen or any other "final stage" nutrient?

    ok... to recap I have one citizen who asked around in a hydro shop using the ghe line and they say they do not even bother with it and another one who says it's shit..... mmm.... I guess I'm not tempted to use it anymore....... at least it smells nice maybe I can use it in my bath tub :D

    Might smell nice but not a nice taste stay away from it its not needed!

    I used Ripen at the beg. of week 7 with a FloraKleen for 3 days straight. Then drain the res. & filled only pHed water.

    great tutorial on flushing IMO. I have 1 week to harvest & budz'r looking good, smelling good.
