Newegg.com - XFX HD-477A-YDFC Radeon HD 4770 512MB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

I would really rather not buy a new card...

The screw holes are TINY. I found a screw driver that's half the size of a standard Bic lighter and it was still too big.

1. Why are you reapplying thermal paste to a video card. 2. It has a lifetime warranty. 3. Why did you buy a 4000 series card?

You shouldn't need to reapply thermal paste to a video card...

Fucking ROFL. According to XFX it has a "Double Lifetime Warranty"

What this means when you translate it from Marketing Bullshit to English is that you have a 2 year warranty, unless you registered with XFX within 30 days of purchase. If you miss the 30 days, it gives XFX a pathetic cop-out where they don't have to honor their claim of a lifetime warranty.

If you hare having temperature problems you should still be able to send the card back for an exchange under warranty.
