Downloaded some trojans and my computer is fucked up.

I tried running Advanced System Care and AVG Virus Scanner in Safe Mode and it came back telling me I had these:
C:\Windows\explorer.exe (1748):\memory_00010000 Trojan horse Agent_r.XJ
C:\Windows\explorer.exe (1748) Trojan horse Agent_r.XJ
It didn't remove them apparently though, because when I boot in normal mode it's still screwing with my computer. After about 2 mins it will shut itself down and bring me back into the SYSTEM log in screen. I can't access the internet in normal mode either, as well as anything else.
How the fuck do I get rid of these sons of bitches? I'm running Vista service pack 1, 32 bit.

1. Reboot your computer is "Safe Mode with Networking". As the computer is booting tap the "F8 key" continuously which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" as shown below. Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode with Networking" and press Enter key. Read more detailed instructions here: http://www.computerhope.com/issues/chsafe.htm

NOTE:Login as the same user you were previously logged in with in the normal Windows mode.
2. Launch Internet Explorer. In Internet Explorer go to: Tools->Internet Options->Connections tab. Click Lan Settings button and uncheck the checkbox labeled Use a proxy server for your LAN. Click OK.

3. Download free anti-malware software from the list below and run a full system scan.
NOTE: in some cases the rogue program may block anti-malware software. Before saving the selected program onto your computer, you may have to rename the installer to iexplore.exe, explorer.exe or winlogon.exe. With all of these tools, if running Windows 7 or Vista they MUST be run as administrator. Launch the program and follow the prompts. Don't forget to update the installed program before scanning.
4. New threats appear every day. In order to protect your PC from such (new) infections we strongly recommend you to use ESET Smart Security.http://www.awltovhc.com/s5105xjnbhf04956781021694984

hmm i'd try a system restore if you can't manually delete the files
Yaaa...apparently it wiped out my restore points too
Follow the instructions at this website, should work for most anything. Let me know if you have any questions. I only use malwarebytes(free).

I have Malwarebytes, but don't really like using it because it bogs down my system a shit ton and takes like 3 hours to do a scan.

Go that route, especially if it hasn't been done for a while. It's better in the long run.

I've had this system (it's a Dell XPS 410, haha) for over 4 years and have upgraded the RAM and video card a few times, but I've actually never done a system restore.
Will a system wipe even solve anything?
C:\Windows\explorer.exe (1748):\memory_00010000 Trojan horse Agent_r.XJ
C:\Windows\explorer.exe (1748) Trojan horse Agent_r.XJ
Shit's all up in my explorer. I think I saw something in the virus report referencing system32 too.

if you reformat your HD and reinstall the OS that will clear all that shit off your comp but you will lose anything that was saved onto the hard drive unfortunately
How do I reinstall my OS if I don't have the disks anymore though?

umm torrent would be my choice, its a pain in the ass but since that virus you got is so epic it's pretty much your only option lol, unless you want to just buy windows 7 or something
Torrent an OS? o.O Holy balls.
I thought about that...but it's an OS. Not music or movies or some shit. If the torrent I download is contaminated and I install it, my whole system could explode or some shit.

probably couldn't get much worse, and I'm currently running windows 7 with all the updates and it passes the windows genuine software test lol, but yeah if you go this route make sure you read everything and get one that is easy to install clear directions etc um and you gotta burn it as an .iso onto a cd

This is true. I might have to give it a whirl, doesn't sound like I have a lot of options.
I've never installed an OS before, much less one that was torrented. I don't feel comfortable going to PirateBay for this sort of thing, can you refer me to a better place to find a reliable torrent that isn't going fuck my shit up? And how is my computer supposed to boot an .iso if it can't even stay on for more than 2 mins?

you put the cd in and restart the comp, i got mine from thepiratebay lol but it was a while ago and the torrent has since disappeared, I think pirate would be best just look for something by a VIP with a lot of seeds.. um and read the comments and you should be golden, mine was pretty simple to install and i have an old dell too (inspiron 3000)

Alright man, I'm going to try running MalwareBytes in safe mode and seeing what happens. But if that doesn't work, I'm going to go with what you said. I've been posting this on another marijuana forum as well, and they're basically saying the same thing. Run scans in safe mode, if that doesn't work, reinstall the OS. Bah.
The only thing I'm worried about PirateBay is Microsoft coming after me or some shit. Sooo many people download music, that I'm not worried about getting canned for that. But when it comes to a big expensive piece of software like an OS, that's when I start hesitating.

Man, fuck XP. Nothing even supports that anymore. I've wanted to try Windows 7 for a while now anyways.
